Many common substances can easily be cleaned off of your bag’s exterior—simply wipe with a damp cloth and place in bright sunlight to dry. If necessary, throw your bag into your laundry machine and dry in direct sunlight.
Please note that our bags are water-friendly, not waterproof. Do not immerse your bag in water if it contains items that may be damaged by exposure to liquids.
To prevent fading, discoloration, and damage, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme cold and heat.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for free. We charge a $10 restocking and shipping fee for returns to the original form of payment. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with tags still attached and in the original cloth shoe bags. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
