Questions on sizing or fit?

Our shoes are meant to fit snug to stay on your feet in the water. The shoes run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend going up to the next full size.

Please pull gently on the back of the shoes when putting them on. They stretch-but only so far.

The neoprene will retain its elasticity and will not stretch out with wear, unlike most espadrilles.

Our espadrilles are completely water-friendly, including jute roping on the sides of the espadrilles, which is rubber! They are completely submergible!

Does seastarbeachwear.com deliver on Saturdays?

What is the seastarbeachwear.com international policy?

We offer international shipping with DHL.

 

Can I place an order on an "Out of Stock" item?

Orders cannot be placed for Out of Stock items.

 

Do I need an account to make an online purchase?

No. You can create an account so that you can view the status of your order and receive emails, or you can use the "Checkout as Guest" button.

 

How do I care for my new Sea Star Beachwear shoes?

Beachcomber Espadrilles are easy to care for. For best results, hand wash in cold water with a mild soap or detergent and let air dry. Do not use chlorine bleach, fabric softener or place in a heated dryer.

Beachcomber Espadrilles love to swim and they love to sit in the sun!!

 

I forgot my username/password, can you help me?

When you go to sign in, click on "Forgot Your Password?" link in the bottom right, and enter your email address. Shortly after you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Any further questions, please contact us at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. We will also send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the UPS tracking number for your package. If you have an account, you can login and view the status of any of your recent orders. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping.
