Returns & Exchanges

At Sea Star Beachwear, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your purchase, the following return policy applies:

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with tags still attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through seastarbeachwear.com.  Merchandise purchased at other retailers can only be returned or exchanged at that retail store.

If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different size, style or color, please state your request clearly when you return your original order. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability.  We will contact you if the exchange price exceeds the original order.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase.  We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse.  Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please track your orders online with UPS.  Please notify us immediately at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit. Please read all conditions.  If conditions are not met, Sea Star Beachwear reserves the right to refuse the return.

 

Follow the steps below to return an item:

Email returns@seastarbeachwear.com to receive your return number and return address. 

Clearly write the provided number on the top right corner of the original receipt and include in package. 

For exchanges, write the desired style, size and color underneath the return number.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
