STEP 1: VISIT OUR RETURN PORTAL

Use this link to begin your return.

STEP 2 : INPUT YOUR CUSTOMER PO # AND ZIPCODE

Located on the invoice for your order, delivered to your email.

STEP 3: ADD THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN

Eligible items will show as white, ineligible items will be greyed out.

STEP 4: FOLLOW THE STEPS AS PROMPTED TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Choose from a return or exchange. Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging the products.

STEP 5: PRINT YOUR LABEL AND PACK YOUR RETURN

Once you've submitted your return, you will receive a label. If shipping multiple orders, use corresponding labels and ship in separate boxes. Do not ship in the same box. If returning a fisherman's tote, it must be returned in tube or flat in a box. Folding the tote will cause damage so we cannot refund the order.

STEP 6: COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed.

RETURN POLICY

At Sea Star Beachwear, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your purchase, the following return policy applies:

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with tags still attached. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through seastarbeachwear.com.  Merchandise purchased at other retailers can only be returned or exchanged at that retail store.

We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. Returns to the original form of payment within the United States will incur a return shipping fee of $5.99. International returns will be at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase.  We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse.  Please allow 7 – 10 days to receive your credit.

Please notify us immediately at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit. Please read all conditions. If you conditions are not met, Sea Star Beachwear reserves the right to refuse the return.
